FIDIS
From control point to signed report, on a single platform.
FIDIS organises the three lines of control of your bank or microfinance institution: assignments, controls, findings, action plans, compliance framework and reports. Every action is logged and each institution keeps its data separate.
Guided tour
FIDIS in under a minute. Pick a chapter to jump straight to it.
Demonstration environment: the institution, people and figures are fictitious. The interface is in French.
What it replaces
Controls tracked in Excel files
Each department keeps its own spreadsheets. Nobody sees overall progress and versions multiply.
Findings chased by email
Expected corrections get lost in inboxes, with no deadline and no proof that they were resolved.
Reports assembled by hand
Before every deadline, scattered sources have to be pulled together to produce a report fit for management and the regulator.
What you gain
A complete view of the framework
Assignment progress, open findings and compliance rates are visible at any time, without consolidating files.
Corrections followed through
Each finding has an owner, a due date and proof that it was resolved.
Reports ready sooner
Reports start from the platform's data, are drafted alone or with AI, then signed and circulated in the tool.
What FIDIS does
Assignments and controls by line
First-level control, permanent control and internal audit work in separate assignments, with the staff authorised at each level. Audit can review the lower levels.
Periodic controls
A daily, weekly or monthly control comes back with a blank checklist each period. Past runs remain available, with their status.
Non-compliant points and findings
Each non-compliant point carries the findings from the tested sample, the agreed corrective measure and the supporting documents. The owner submits the correction to the controller.
Action plans
Linked to a finding or created on their own, for example to train a team, with an owner and a due date.
Two compliance rates
The regulatory rate, calculated on the points checked, and the operational rate, calculated on the items tested, at control, assignment and institution level.
Compliance framework
Rules are imported from an Excel or CSV file, or from the regulator's text, and can be corrected by hand when needed.
Reports and sign-off workflow
The owner drafts the report alone or with AI assistance, then approves, signs and circulates it. Senior management approves it or requests a review, with reasons.
Regulatory assistant
A conversational assistant answers questions about your regulations and your controls, using only your institution's data.
How it works
- 1
Configure
Departments, users, authorisation levels and the institution's compliance framework.
- 2
Plan
Create assignments and attach controls to them, with their frequency and due date.
- 3
Control
Controllers fill in the points, the tested sample and the findings, with supporting documents.
- 4
Report
Track corrections and action plans, then produce, sign and circulate reports.
Who it is for
Permanent control
Designs second-line assignments, tracks findings and produces its reports.
Compliance
Maintains the regulatory framework and measures the institution's compliance rate.
Internal audit
Runs third-line assignments and can review the work of the lower lines.
Heads of department
Receive the controls assigned to them, report on them and approve their teams' work.
Senior management
Approves the reports submitted to it or requests a review, with reasons.
Administrator
Manages users and consults the institution's audit log.
Security and deployment
Offered as SaaS on dedicated infrastructure. For an installation on your own servers, let's discuss it during scoping.
All our security measuresData isolated per institution
Each client institution has its own database schema.
Sensitive data encrypted
Sensitive fields are encrypted in the database.
Limited sessions
15-minute access token, sign-out after 60 minutes of inactivity, sessions capped at 12 hours.
Readable audit log
Every action is recorded in plain language, can be filtered and exported to PDF by the administrator.
Segregation of duties
The author of a control is not its approver. Management approves without taking part in preparing the files.
ISO/IEC 27001 reference
Security measures are documented against Annex A of the standard. FIDIS is not certified: certification is a process specific to each organisation.
Questions about FIDIS
Our controls are in Excel today. Do we have to re-enter everything?
The compliance framework is imported from Excel or CSV. To bring over your existing controls and findings, we agree the method with you during scoping.
Can the AI see another bank's data?
No. The assistant and assisted drafting only work on your institution's data. How the AI works is described in our security file.
Does every user see everything?
No. Each person only sees what their role allows: a controller cannot create an assignment, and only compliance officers manage regulatory texts.
