What we collect

Only the information you enter in the contact form: name, email address, institution, job title, country, subject of the request and message. The IP address of the submission is attached to the request to prevent abuse.

To answer your request and, if you wish, arrange a demonstration. This information is neither sold nor transferred.

Who receives it

Requests are forwarded by email to the Fyxop team only.

How long

Retention period: three months from receipt of the request.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses no cookies and no audience measurement tool. Your choice of theme and language is stored only in your browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: your browsing is not passed on to a third party.

Your rights

Under Senegalese personal data protection legislation, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@fyxop.com. You can also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP).
